Differential Power

Differential Power The cartride heater can usually not emit heat homogenously over its length. For applications in which this is to be avoided, cartridge heaters with heat distribution can be used. For that purpose the heating wire is coiled denser on a specific length (L1 and L2) at both ends. This leads to a relative power increase in these areas (power shares E1 and E2 in %, E1+E2+E3 = 100%).
